The desire of work art and the growing poorness of financial support available, it pushes several hound collector and some gangs to act some raids to places without high security surveillance, churches   for example, especially the ones in the surrounding area of the cities,  stealing gold 

and silver, sacred furniture, marbles and anything could be appreciable for themselves or to be traded. In one of this raid one of the most famous portrait in the world has been stolen. The Nativity of Caravaggio has been stolen from Oratorio S. Lorenzo  in 1969 and never been found.

The constant research, the intelligence action, the attendance to the  auction where stolen goods back to show up, the immediate action of rescue  acted with legal sophisticated procedures, it makes
